What is online coaching?
It's a series of weekly or bi-weekly virtual meetups with me as your life coach or career coach and mentor.
During our session, you talk about your aspirations and we explore your options and possibilities to successfully achieve them.
How you can work online?

You will discuss the life coaching or career coaching session with me and you will receive a coaching plan before you start working with me. The online coaching is as efficient as in-person but more flexible and has a more private nature overall because you can choose your safe place for talking and sharing your personal journey, feelings, and fears with me.
What we can achieve with corporate coaching?

This coaching type can be group or individual coaching.
When we talk about group coaching 2 coaches work with a small group of people for two days. During these days we will combine a collective coaching method, focusing on work and communication between team members with an individual aspiration session for a much better personalised appraisal process with a greater alignment between company and employee needs.

If you decide to work with me as your life coach or career coach and mentor, all you need to do is to be willing to change and be committed to your personal development with patience.
Everyone's path and pace are different.
Life coaching takes time to explore, understand and grow your mind, soul and life.
Career coaching has some elements of life coaching but it is more content and focuses only on one aspect of life which is your career.​

All you read is based on my personal journey and it was born from my passion for making people's lives better and guiding them, thinking with them about the HOW meanwhile getting to know the WHO.
I also have a great connection to Japanese philosophy and I feel I have found my KAIZEN after all.
